The Inaugural Draft Draft Will Go As Follows

- The Draft will be 30 rounds

- The 1st 3 Rounds will be your Franchise players from your selected NHL franchise team name

- The Draft will be done on Fantrax

- You will have 6hrs to make your selection, if you don't make your selection in that time frame Fantrax will either make the pick based on your draft queue or it will draft the highest ranked player off their list. So please make sure you set up your Queue.

- You can only draft players that have been selected by a NHL club. (recent draft picks from this years draft are eligible to be drafted in the inaugural draft.

-After the 30 round draft there will be 8 open roster spots betwenn you NHL roster or you minor league roster. You can but don't have to fill those spots. If you choose to fill the spots you will fill those spots through Free Agency and Offseason Free Agency rule will be in effect.

-The draft date will be determined by when the league is filled. So the sooner the league fills the sooner the draft will happen.

- The Equation To Figure Out Your NON FP Players Contract Goes As Follows Pts X .06 = Salary

Example Connor McDavid Had 153pts X .06 = 9.18 So The Salary Would Be 9,180,000 But Round Up To Make It 9,200,000

- The Equation To Figure Out Your NON FP Goalies Contract Goes As Follows Pts X .06 = Salary

Example Linus Ullmark Had 40 Wins X .13 = 5.2 So The Salary Would Be 5,200,000 But Rount Up To The Nearest 50,000

** If you have joined the league and know someone that may want to join please recruit them or even go out and recruit for the league.

Also just to clarify we are doing one draft for pro and minor roster?

Draft order is not set nor is the date. The drsft will consist of Pro and Minors any player that has been already drafted by an NHL club as long as they are not playing in the KHL.

Per your email for draft day can we please stat Wednesday and not Friday? I will be going on vacation from friday 25th afternoon until Wednesday the 30th. I will have access starting that Saturday night late est but kind of a pain to set a draft order that long with the limited time I will have.

If we start this Wednesday it will go a few rounds I’m sure but yeah either way I just as that we don’t start Friday or Saturday thanks.

I did say in the email the draft would start Wednesday or Friday. I wanted to make sure teams had a chance to set up their player rankings for the draft. I will send out an email tomorrow to vote on a poll for the start date of the draft and we will go from there.

Saw the draft order today. Is it a snake draft or regular? Trying to figure out if my 2nd rounder would be 24th or 36th overall.
