Change of team name

Is it possible to change the team, for example from Hurricanes to Blue Jackets.
What are the requirements?

you need to have 3 Blue Jackets to name as FP's. Once you have that you can name them your FP's and there salaries have to equal 15M. So each player can have a contract at 5M, or a combination between the 3 of them but it has to equal 15M
