Troy (league manager) messaged me, Veleno is considered a 1way player, the example used showing more than 100 games is a mistake and will be removed. If Vancouver does not want to claim Veleno (1 year 1.1mil 1way) as he won the free agency bid, veleno will be put up for bid again, with Anahiem starting the bid at 500k 1way if they would like to participate in the bid again.
