To date, Everyone else has been following the 4 day rule with off season bidding on FAs. You are the only one who went 2 days!

I remember seeing this 2 day rule for off season with league rules but assumed it wasn't correct due to FA guide line rules in place with FA section.

In the end, we should know which rule is correct so we can prepare counter bids.

Ya I didn’t see the 4 day rule on the other page, I saw the 2 day one today and thought maybe it was changed from 4 to 2

Looking more closely Edmonton has more Bids out then roster spots so technically his bid should not be valid and it goes back to the last bid before it which is mine august 1. 2 years/6m/1way

Think we might need to check which of this bids came first and verify what was made with roster spots available. Also someone else could have made higher bid following your last bid too(if Oilers didn't raise it). I know I was interested in dropping player to make bid on him but didn't want to join bidding war between you and the Edmonton owner. A lot of ifs with your logic.

Actually if you look at the bids I only bid on Couture after you had taken the lead in this bidding so I only had 2 out with 2 open roster spots

So technically speaking, looking at bid times, the last bid would make Greaves the one which shouldn't been placed due to two open roster spots.
