That bid was made 3 min(!) before the 4 day mark. Since 2-way is not an appropriate bid on Lowry, I would like Troys opinion on if that bid is legal or not, or if I’ve signed him.

3min left in a 96hr bidding process is a bit crap, Hurricanes, if you’d ask me.

I would assume it's a typo(2 Way meant 1 Way) like previous owner who made bid of 500M who meant 500K. This was corrected by owner and assumed legal for bidding process.

Carolina might have issue with two healthy players on IR to allow open roster spots. Maybe we should remind owners to adjust rosters accordingly to reflect true open roster spots for FA bidding process.

Injury approach is like Vegas, as long as I have no space they will stay there and I am not done with my offseason. Still possible trades and so on. Is this forbidden?
